How to Control Negative Thoughts When you are Depressed:

Commonly people are suffering with this problem. Every person in this world is going to suffer with these occasional depressive problems, where you got negative thoughts, that even makes you feel down and ill. Here I am going to provide some ways due to which you can lower down the level of your negative thoughts.

Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results”.

Start a walk:

Start wandering in your house, this will make your brain relax and you start focusing on the floor or they way you walk. Add some funny steps while walking, alike keep any person in your mind to whom you hate the most and start following the way he/she walks, make it funny if you can. This will be going to pleasant up your thoughts and it makes you feel blowing away negative thoughts. While walking you need to be positive in all aspects.

Watch movie:

If you are not getting rid of your negative thoughts then go on for watching a movie. You can watch a romantic movie with your partner that makes you release brain chemicals (oxytocin) which increase happiness portion in your mind, and also makes you feel smile. Have fun by having popcorns on a comfortable seats makes you feel relaxed. “Because many films transmit ideas through emotion rather than intellect, they can neutralize the instinct to suppress feelings and trigger emotional release,” said Birgit Wolz, a psychologist focusing on movies as therapy, and author of “E-motion Picture Magic.” “By eliciting emotions, watching movies can open doors that otherwise might stay closed.”

Join gathering of positive people:

The more you smile, the more you’re going to make your mind calm up. This will help you cope with a lot of stress, which makes your life event stressed. So sit with the positive thinking people or you can share your thoughts with those people that may help you laugh and makes you relaxed.

Stop thinking too extreme:

Avoid thing in to too extreme. This will makes your mind curled up, which may results in losing thinking power.
