The effects of aging show up on our faces, as we grow old our body and skin demands more care and protection from signs of aging. If you always want to look younger than your age, there is a little effort you need to put in your diet and way of life, you can make a big difference to your future self just by taking few simple precautions. More Water

Most of the common problems like headache, low energy, infections, hot flashes, joint pains cause from dehydration. If you commit to drink 8-10 glass of waters/day there would be less problems and you will be able to enjoy a healthier life. Water is the biggest need of your body and healthy life’s requirement.

Avoid fats and calories

The dietary fat easily converts into body fat, in order to stop gaining weight that is a cause of aging fast, it is necessary that you avoid extra calories and fats. Watch what you eat, but it doesn’t mean that you lead yourself to malnutrition. In addition to this, you must know that fats cannot be blamed for all our problems, there are healthy fats as well, and nuts, eggs, vegetable oils and seeds are enriched with healthy fats that should include in your diet.

Eat food rich in fiber

As we grow old our body’s need for fiber also grow, the more fiber the best your body will be. You can include the following food in your diet:

Raspberry 1 cup (payoff 8 gram fiber)

Orange (3.1 gram fiber)

Pear (5.5 gram fiber)

Barely 1cup (6 gram fiber)

peas 1 cup (8.8 gram fiber)

Eat fish (Omega 3)

Eat white meat instead of red meat. The fish is rich in Omega 3 which is very important for our health, it prevent a lot of diseases like risk of heart attack. It builds the immune system strong and sometimes fights depression as well. In a recent study it was found that the people who eat fish have low rate of colorectal and have less chances of stomach and pancreatic cancers.

Most of the people who worry about their weight, the first thing they do is that the abandon every dairy product like milk, cheese, butters, eggs etc, but the new research have something else to reveal, it says that the more intake of dairy products is healthier, and protect over weighted adults from heart diseases and diabetes. It is suggested that the women aged 40-50 must take a dose of 500-600mg calcium per day. Vitamin D supplements are also necessary for women with moderate sun exposure.
Other non-dairy foods for fulfilling calcium needs are breakfast cereals, canned fish, some seeds, and most of the green vegetables.

Vitamin A, B, E and D are very important for human body, as you age the need of vitamins and minerals increases. So increase the intake of vitamins. Good sources of vitamins are milk, eggs, liver, fortified cereals, and darkly colored orange or green vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, and kale, and orange fruits such as cantaloupe, apricots, peaches, papayas, and mangos. Teen guys need 900 micrograms of vitamin A each day.

Balanced diet

Your body needs all kind of Vitamins, minerals, fiber, iron, calcium and potassium at the same time; if we don’t include each of this our body might not work. Eating a balanced is the most important thing for health and better life. It gives energy, needed fats, vitamins and minerals to our body.

Avoid processed sugar and salt

Processed food is unhealthy for our health. Processed sugar and salt causes a lot of diseases. It is also vital to avoid items like cakes, chocolates, brownies and ice-creams. If you control you sugar and salt intake you can avoid the risk of hypertension, heart diseases, high blood pressure and diabetes.
