Salt water

Gargling with salt water after each mean keeps your mouth from plaque and germs and eventually prevents you from tooth decay. All you have to do is adding a half teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water and swishing the water around your mouth. You can also add peppermint oil in the mixture
