but your teeth are dirty and smelly then your teeth are the disaster for your overall personality and people avoid talking with you. In order to keep your teeth lean, white and healthy you need to take very good care of them and to do this you would stay with us.

A simple routine can help prevent most dental problems. Brush your teeth twice a day, once when you get up early in the morning and before breakfast and second at night before go to bed and brush your teeth atleast for a minute and pay special attention to the back of your teeth.

Use a soft bristled brush or electric toothbrush, which type of brush do you like but keep this thing in mind that you should replace your toothbrush every three months.

Flossing is also an important thing because it cleans the surfaces between the teeth and it also help to remove food particles and other detrimental substances that brushing regularly cannot.

Flossing allows you to reach deep down where the toothbrush bristle cannot reach or even mouthwash cannot wash away. Floss your teeth atleast once a day and use a toothpick or floss pick and be gentle when go below the gum line.

Cut down on sugary food, soda drinks and all alcohol beverages and to make your teeth healthier you will need plenty of calcium and try to consume it by the natural ways as milk is full of calcium, cheese, yogurt, broccoli, orange juice and other dairy products are a good source of calcium. Vitamin B complex is also essential for cracking and bleeding gums.

You should visit your dentist atleast twice a year for regular checkup whether you are not suffering from any dental problem visit your doctor for cleaning your teeth. Brushing and flossing can prevent cavities and gum diseases and both of them can lead to pain and tooth loss.

If you have children then take care of your kids’ teeth and teach them about cleansing or brushing the teeth. Start cleaning your child’s teeth as soon as they come through and provide him a tony smear of toothpaste for toddler upto three years old and a pea-sized amount for three to six years age children.
