Trending And Easy Ways To Take Dead Skin Off From Your Feet

Do you find your feet looking ugly, rough and dry? Then it’s probably because of dead skin on your feet.  Beautiful and soft feet always reflect good health, so if you are having or think of having ugly feet, then it maybe b due to dryness and  dead kin on your feet area. It can be created due to number of reason but don’t worry we are here to help you in getting rid of dry feet. Just take a look.

Warm water:

Warm water helps to remove dead skin on the feet. It also helps in relief of strain from the foot muscles.
•    Fill a bucket with lukewarm water.
•    Soak your feet in for almost 25 minutes.
•    Scrub your feet and rinse off with water.
•    Dry your feet using towel.
•    Moisturize your feet with any lotion or foot cream whatever you prefer.
•    Wear a pair of socks before going to bed, and sleep.
•    Repeat regularly.

Lemon:

Due to acidic nature of lemons makes dead skin cells tend to become soft. Lemon and its juice make the skin soft and glowy.
•    Mix 1 teaspoon of Vaseline and 1 lemon juice.
•    Wash your feet with soap and water and pat them dry.
•    Apply the mixture on the dry areas and heels of your feet.
•    Wear a pair of dry socks. This helps to lock the moisture.
•    Next morning, exfoliate your feet.
•    Repeat regularly.
•    Use this process at night.

Baking soda:

Baking soda is also be used as natural scrub. It will help your skin to lose dead skin cell and scrub your feet in refreshing manner.
•    Combine 1/3 or 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda with rose water.
•    Rub the mixture on the dry areas of your feet for few minutes.
•    Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse off with water.
•    Pat dry your feet and apply moisturizer.
•    Repeat regularly for best results.
