Sun is the greatest source of energy for human beings. It‘s rays are amazingly beneficial for human health but not equally beneficial for all. People with pale skin might get sunburn easily in sun light, intense sun exposure isn’t good for every skin.
Scientists suggest that moderate sun exposure might make risks heavier. Despite these facts we cannot deny the magnificent benefits of sun rays our body absorbs.

Sunlight Increases oxygen in our blood

the sunrays our body penetrate cause increase in the oxygen content in our blood, its effects are similar to the effects when we work out. It makes body muscles strong and increases stamina and fitness.

Sunlight lowers the cholesterol level

The sun exposure convert the cholesterol in our blood into sex hormones and steroid hormones that help in reproduction and If our body in not getting moderate Sun exposure it’s possible that the opposite happens i.e., substance change into cholesterol.

The Sunlight Kills the Bacteria

the Nobel Prize winner Niels Finsen did an experiment to cure wound with sunrays and it worked. It proves that sun exposure kill the ill bacteria.

This is study have its significance because High blood pressure is a disease that cause other diseases and increases the risks of heart attack.

we all know that the Vitamin D increases the absorption of phosphorus and bone strengthening calcium in our body so when we have higher level of vitamin D in our body the risk of born fracture decrease. Sunlight also makes the teeth strong.

People who get no sun exposure can easily have the symptoms of depression disease called SAD (seasonal affective disorder). Moderate sun exposure help in decreasing antidepressants in the brain that helps in reliving SAD and other depression diseases.
