Avoid junk food:
Avoidance of junk food is too much important, the more the junk food you are going to eat the more you are going to put on fat.
Have brisk walk:
Brisk walk helps you to maintain your figure well balanced. Do it at morning and at evening, make it happen for about 20-30 minutes each time a day.
Add gym time:
Add some gym time to your routine life if you are sitting on a desk for 9-10 hours a day. Make it a single time in your daily routine.
