Fatigue is when you are out of energy and being out of energy breaks us down and put bad effects on our health which increases the chances of illness, anxiety and chronic conditions such as cardiovascular diseases. Besides, all-out energy drain makes you exhausted and does not let you do with your daily life activities.

If you want to feel alert and energized, proper and timely nutrition can work wonder. Iron is one of the richest sources of energy which helps in feeling more active and liven up. Deficiency of iron leads to the lethargy and physical and mental impairment. Plant based iron make a person more boosted. Eating iron enriched foods with the combination of foods containing vitamin C boosts the iron absorption in the body.

Banana

Nuts

Nuts play a very vital role in the conversion of sugar into energy. Almonds, hazelnuts, cashews etc are high in magnesium and enriched in fiber. They keep the blood sugar level normal in your body. They provide your body with long lasting energy.

Salmon

Salmon is loaded with omega-3 fatty acids which help in boosting the energy level in your body. They produce energy, control your brain activity and maintain blood circulation in the body.

Raw Cacao

Raw cacao adds sweetness in your diet. You may take it in afternoon. Allow yourself a little treat every now and then. It will stop any sugar binges in future. Nibbling on a square or two of dark chocolate energizes the body by providing an excellent source of iron and magnesium. Just please make sure it is at least 70 percent.
