We have studied that early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. Well for being healthy, wealthy and wise we have to wake up early in the morning. We all know that we have excuses like I am tired or bad habits of sleeping late at night due to any reason. Get plenty of sleep:

It is obvious that we can’t wake up early in the morning if we did not get plenty of sleep at night. For this reason, we have to go to bed early in at night. Get 7 to 8 hours sleep and try to get up early in the morning.

Start slowly:

Let the sunlight hit your face at morning:

Sunlight is considered as natural and beautiful alarm clock for morning. You can’t snooze it but we know you can cover it with curtains. If you really want to be morning person then you have to wake up with sunlight natural alarm.

You should have strong motivation and determination regarding your motivation to literary wake up early in the morning.
