Various Ways And Ideas to Resolve Your Daily Problems

Life brings along all the sweetness and the bitterness in it; none has a perfect happy life without any problems, and that’s fair, complaining won’t work either so why not fight? There’s no problem you can’t solve with determination, will power and honest efforts.

I thought of the most common problems and there solutions and here is what is summed up for you.
You are always late
This is habit actually that causes a lot of problems, you can change this by sticking to a routine. If you are late to office, school or in morning that’s probably because you failed to wake up early. So try sleeping early.

Your nap makes you feel worse
Many people complain that when they wake up from a nap, they feel more tired and often get headaches. That’s probably because you take a longer nap. Nap should be 10 minutes long no longer than that as ten minutes are enough for refreshing your brain and energizing it.

You can’t resist eating unhealthy food

That’s a common problem, we all can’t resist eating the JUNK food, but wait… do you know a synonym for Junk? It’s garbage. Quit eating garbage, oh sorry I mean Junk food. Instead of that eat VARIETY of colorful healthy food that’s less boring plus you can reward yourself with your favorite food once in a while.

You forge

Include almond, boiled egg, walnuts, “brain herb”, ginkgo and fish in your meals.
You can’t wake up from Alarm
It’s same for me (Grins) I set 2 or 3 alarms, depending on the urgency of waking up.
You are unhappy
Start counting the blessing you have and offer gratitude, you will be less unhappy. If not, look at the less privileged.

You feel like a patient

Strained muscles, stress, headache, backache, burning chest, poor stomach condition, rough skin, oily skin, dry skin, dandruff, hair fall, what not? One solution, DRINK 8 glasses of water every day.
You can’t keep your home clean
It can be hard to manage home when you are busy, Do one thing, try to make it less dirty.
You are too addicted to technology
Take no-technology-zone for minimum of 5 hours each day, increase the duration as you become more habitual.

You can’t get enough sleep

Make a habit to sleep early, this will fix not only this problem but also many others. Sleeping early will help you getting 8 hours of ideal sleep duration and you will wake up early so a lot can be done.

Your work makes you tired (more than it should)

It is may be because you don’t like your work, but in most of the cases it can’t be helped, so change your work style, and living style too. Workouts regularly, eat healthy and drink water during working hours.

You hate your job

Quit and find another one. If not accept it as soon as possible and stop thinking that you hate it, see the purpose of your doing the job if it worth it do it if not let go, or you will be consumed.

You don’t have enough money

There are people who have less than you do, but there are also who have more than you. So be thankful seeing those who don’t have enough and work passionately to have more.
Also spend wisely and minimize luxuries.
